The Farming
We farm using minimal tillage in raised beds and use only natural fertilizers. No harsh chemicals here! Also Non-GMO! We love farming and take pride in providing healthy choices for our community.

The Produce
The produce!  This is the fun part! It's crisp, fresh, and so delicious! We take very special care to make sure that the produce has been inspected and is safe for consumption. Often, the produce you purchase is picked the same day!  So the shelf life is longer! Which equals you spending less on produce! No Wax, No preservatives, No lengthy shipping or storage.

The Land
At up jack creek farm, the land was mostly clay and limestone but has been nurtured and built into nutrient rich soil using organic matter and natural ingredients. Currently 2 acres.
