We make old-fashioned fried pies using fresh, locally sourced fruit whenever possible. Our fillings feature Arkansas apples, peaches, strawberries, blueberries, and blackberries. We make every crust from scratch. Each pie is rolled, cut, and fried by hand in an iron skillet.

Our business began as a family tradition passed down from our grandmother and mother. With encouragement from friends and family, my sister Alice and I turned that tradition into a small business. We started selling at farmers markets in September and now serve customers at four markets each week. We also bake homemade breads, including gluten-free pumpkin bread and banana nut bread.
