I've been sewing as well as other hobbies for a long time, since the 1970's!. I started designing patterns some years ago. I find my hobbies relaxing and I try to do a little daily for my "therapy". I especially love sewing and quilting because I can complete projects faster. It also provides me an outlet for creativity. I love to share these crafts by selling my makes, especially useful items that can be used in the household. I call my business Artful Heirlooms because I my items to be aesthetically pleasing by using beautiful materials as well as something to be shared with the family.
