Arkansas GrownArkansas Farm to SchoolAgritourism
Description

Since 2009, I have run a home-based business where I make and sell very large cooking pans called "Discada's" made of agricultural plow disc blades and horseshoe handles. I 1st saw them in Chihauhau, Mexico while on a church mission trip and had to have one, so I started making a few. For years I used old discarded plow disc blades from Arkansas farms, but now I mostly use new plow disc blades for size and weight consistency. All the welding, metal grinding, sandblasting, & polishing is performed in Central Arkansas as well as all the packaging and shipping. I subcontract out a lot of the construction to local shops but still put the final touches on each one before they go out to customers. I sell these off my website but also in a few local retail stores. My seasonings are custom blended in Arkansas.
