Ozark Bread Lab

Ozark Bread Lab is an artesian bakery that operates out of Springdale, Arkansas by a family of military and fist responders . We specialize on natural leavened breads and sweets made with top of the line ingredients. We offer a variety of traditional sourdough loaves and sweet breads along with German, Polish, and Mexican breads.
Our mission is to provide high quality bread using a controlled process but under   artesian methods.
