"Monk Sauce" is an Habanero pepper sauce made from Habanero peppers grown on the grounds of Subiaco Abbey.

"Country Monks Brewing" We make our beer available to the public only once a week in our TAP room located on the grounds of our Abbey.

Harvest Dates

Throughout the summer months and until the first freeze we are planting and caring for the Habanero pepper plants. We generally begin to harvest peppers in August and continue until the first freeze. Once picked the peppers are stemmed, washed and frozen until needed to make "Monk Sauce."
